Jimmy and Louise made a huge, positive impact on myself and my daughter. He also was my mentor at Parker County Sheriffs Department.
I am so glad Jimmie and Louise are reunited. Prayers for the family.

I had the privilege to know and work with Jimmy at the Mineral Wells Police Department back in the 1970's. My thoughts and prayers are with the Davis family. God speed Jimmie.

Jimmy was my singing partner at the sheriff's dept. We would sing all kinds of Hank William, Lefty, and Murle, and the best was the gospel hymns, old rugger cross, and a hundred more. Jimmy was one of my favorate guys and never started his shift without a cup of coffee and a visit in dispatch.💓..RIP Jimmy I will definitely see you again one of these days!! Hugs to you Robin Moore

Jimmy Davis, in my mind, was as great as they come. He was a stern, but caring man who strongly stood for his beliefs. Jimmy was a tremendous contribution to the safety and welfare of his community, all of Parker County, and a great Texas Law Enforcement Officer. Jimmy was my mentor throughout my career with the Parker County Sheriff’s Office. He always challenged me to continue to grow as a man and encouraged me to stand strong as a Texas Lawman as well. Godspeed, Detective Jimmy Davis. Thanks for always being there for me.
