Aunt lois was my moms(Evelyns) sister. I didn't get to grow up for to many years around my aunt as we weren't able to get back home to often for visits. My favorite memory of aunt lois was also watching her in aww as she put on her makeup for the day and and thinking when I grow up I want to be just like her❤❤❤ she was a great woman and she will be greatly missed

Lois was my sister. We always called each other bud or sis. SHE will surely be missed, but her other 3 sisters and two brothers will be and are missed . Love you sis as always, you're 3rd brother

My Aunt Lois was always neat as a pin. We came to visit one time to find her on her roof -hair perfectly coufed, shorts and sleeveless shirt perfectly matched . She was wearing panty hose under those shorts and her nails freshly painted. She was putting new roof tiles on her house -by herself. She must have climbed up and down all day, clammering over the rough roof tiles- but she had not put a runner in those hose or broken a fingernail in the process! She was industrious and smart . When she measured her windows for curtains or framing -she was spot on every time- her brothers laughed and teased her but their measurements were not nearly as precise. There was always love and laughte...r between her and those she loved. There was always devotion and respect from those of us who chose to love her. God love and keep you in peace until we meet again.Read more

When I think of mom I think of all the things she is to me and my family...she is my idol...I have always admired her honesty, her gentleness, her love of nature..her hard work and dedication and I have always admired the way Mom and dad looked out for each other and how they were true to one another thank you Dad for giving my mom the life she deserved and most of all thank you so much for being the wonderful person you are! We will somehow get through this pain together. She will be greatly missed! I love you always, your daughter.
