Pamela Thompson

Pamela Rose Thompson slipped from the arms of her family into the loving arms of her Savior Jesus Christ, on Sunday, August 25th, 2019.
Service is 10 a.m. Friday, August 30, at Scott's Funeral Home Chapel in Gatesville. Burial will follow at Restland Cemetery. The family will receive visitors 5-7 p.m. of Thursday.
Pamela was born in Mineral Wells on January 23, 1981, to Charles Keith Thompson and Norma Loyce Armond. She moved to the Gatesville area approximately seven years ago to live with her father and stepmother. For almost five of those seven years she worked for CEFCO in Fort Gates and recently began a job with Goodwill Staffing Group.
She loved her father, brother, nieces and nephews with her whole heart. Actually, she was sweet and loving to all of her extended family and we all so loved our Pammy.
Pamela is survived by her father, Charles Keith Thompson and stepmother, Beth; brother, Ronnie McCoy and wife, Virginia; stepsister, Ashley Lewis and wife, Cherita; stepsister, Amanda Layton and husband, Joseph; uncles, Rev. Ivan Garman and wife, Melissa, and Chris Thompson; aunts, Debbie Rhudy and husband, Tim, LaDonna Loer and husband, Shane, and Martha Marie Russell; and many beloved nieces, nephews and cousins.
She was preceded in death by her mother, Norma Loyce Armond; her grandparents; her uncle, Dennis Thompson; and her aunt, Mary Ann Durfee.
We all love our Pammy dearly and will miss her so very much; however, we know that she is in a place of unimaginable beauty in the presence of God.
