I didn’t know Ricky. I didn’t even know his name until the night of February 28th. Unfortunately I witnessed the accident. After calling 911, I stood beside his truck. Desperately trying to get him to answer me. I stood there until help arrived, and once they got him out I hit my knees and began to pray. I am so sorry for the lives this loss has effected.

Shannah and I wish to express our heartfelt sympathy for the family upon the sudden loss of Ricky. He was a very good man and a hard worker, characteristics that he took from his father, Kenneth. You are in our prayers. Leon and Shannah Blevins. March 6, 2019
