Walter Foley was a dear friend that I grew up with in the "HOOD", our "HOOD" was a rough area and we were both lucky to have come out of it in one piece. Walter was a hardworking man and his word was his bond. "SOONER OR LATER GOD COMES AND TAKES OUR FRIENDS AND LOVED ONES FROM US, BUT HE ALWAYS LEAVES OUR MEMORIES".

I knew Walter Foley .We were in the same class. He was about the coolest guy to come to Mineral Wells High School. Duck Tail hair, Levi jeans wore low and of course top button of shirt undone and always a great smile. We ran together some and I always enjoyed his company.
I regret his loss and hope this little riminess will give a little smile to those who mourn him.
