Charles H. Morrison
Charles H. Morrison passed away Wednesday, May 22, 2019, in Fort Worth at the age of 77 years old.
A graveside service is 10 a.m. Saturday, May 25, at Perrin Memorial Gardens Cemetery.
He was born April 4, 1942, in Whitt, Texas, the son of Joseph Samuel and Billie Rhea (Ramsey) Morrison. He married Francis Bagby on April 23, 1966, in Perrin, Texas. Charles worked in real estate in Jack County, Texas, for over 30 years and also was a member of the National Guard. He was a member of the First Baptist Church in Mineral Wells, Texas. He also enjoyed life by fishing, farming, traveling with his wife Francis and most of all spending time with his grandchildren. He will truly be missed by all who knew him.
Those left behind to cherish his memory are his wife, Francis Morrison; children, Jacque Fitzhugh and husband David of Graford, Pam Hamman and husband Blake of Jacksboro, and John Morrison and wife Colette of Alvin; sisters, Caroline Hilton, Sue Brumley and husband Don, Mary Beth Ahrens and husband Ted, and Diana King; nine grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren.
Charles is preceded in death by his parents; grandson, Cody Hamman; and brother-in-law, Calvin Hilton.
Memorials may be given to Gladys Johnson Ritchie Public Library, 626 West College Street, Jacksboro, TX 76458.
