A memorial service is 10 a.m. on Saturday, Nov. 30, at Cornerstone Baptist Church of Mineral Wells.
He was born November 21, 1948, to Everett E. and Ruth M. Ralston Bryan in Jacksonville, Illinois.
Palmer proudly served in the U.S. Army during the Vietnam War and retired from the 183rd Wing,
Illinois Air National Guard, as a Senior Master Sargent. He loved America and fought to ensure the
freedoms that we all enjoy every day.
In 2014, he retired from the U.S. Postal Service after 26 years. Many people in our community benefited from Palmer's generous servant's heart. He was the kind of friend that could be called on day or night to help with whatever need arose.
Survivors include his wife, Angie, whom he married in 2013; his children, son Trevor Bryan, of St. Peters, Missouri; his daughter, Tara Bryan DeJanovich (Michael) of Springfield, Illinois; Jordan (Mandy), Jacob and Jesse Lashbrook, of Texas; and five grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Everett E. and Ruth M. Ralston Bryan; and his brother, Roger; and sister, Ada Ruth.
In lieu of flowers, the family request memorials be made to Cornerstone Baptist, Palmer's home church.
